About these terms

Free Ken Allen at freekenallen.com is operated by Activate Branding LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These terms apply to your use of our store and purchases from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Shopping with us

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who is responsible for the purchase. Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

Products and availability

Our apparel is made to order. Review the product description and size guide before ordering. Screen settings, lighting, and printing can cause small differences between images and the finished garment; size measurements are subject to the tolerances stated in each listing. These variations do not excuse a defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item.

Products and sizes are subject to availability. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you about a refund or an alternative. A materially different substitute will require your agreement.

Prices, payment, and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Price changes apply to future orders and do not change the price of an already accepted order.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, suspected fraud, an obvious listing error, or another lawful reason. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled items and any related shipping or taxes. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.

Shipping, cancellations, and refunds

Our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy describe delivery estimates, made-to-order restrictions, cancellation requests, and help with faulty or missing items. Those policies form part of these terms. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded continue to apply.

Acceptable use and store content

Do not use the store for unlawful activity, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. Store branding and original content are owned by or used with permission of their respective rights holders. Purchasing a garment does not transfer rights to reproduce or commercially exploit the artwork or store content.

Privacy and service providers

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. We use Shopify to operate the store and service providers to process payments, produce goods, and deliver orders. Contact Free Ken Allen directly for help with your purchase.

Responsibility and your rights

We are responsible for meeting our obligations for the products we sell and for honoring applicable consumer protections. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a warranty, remedy, or right where doing so would be unlawful.

Updates and questions

We may update these terms for future use of the store or future orders. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order unless you agree otherwise or the law requires otherwise.
